For independent travelers, we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 96 hours before the tour. For cruise ship passengers, we offer a 100% refund if your ship cannot dock in Alotau.
We recommend comfortable walking shoes, lightweight clothing, a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, a reusable water bottle, and a rain jacket or poncho (PNG weather can be unpredictable). For snorkeling tours, please bring your own towel.
